Terms of service

HIVEX is operated by White Lion Procurement, 1603 Capitol Ave, Ste 310, Cheyenne, WY 82001, USA (“HIVEX”, “we”). These terms apply to the HIVEX website and services.

You must give accurate information and keep your password safe. You’re responsible for activity on your account. Accounts are for businesses and their authorized representatives.

We may suspend accounts that break these terms or put other users at risk.

Factories are responsible for the accuracy of their profile, products, prices and certifications. We review listings and may edit, reject or remove content that is inaccurate or breaks these terms.

Some profiles were compiled from public records and are marked as unclaimed until the factory confirms them. Badges such as “Verified” describe the checks HIVEX completed at the time; they are not a guarantee of future performance.

Prices on product pages are indicative. A quote is an offer from the factory under the terms it states. When a buyer accepts a quote, the order is an agreement between the buyer and the factory, under the agreed Incoterm and payment terms.

HIVEX facilitates the trade and may provide services around it, but is not the manufacturer of listed products unless stated.

Logistics, inspections, audits, consulting, border crossing and warehousing are quoted per job. Each job is governed by its quote and any service agreement we sign with you.

Paid plans and commissions are described on the Pricing page. Billing is set up after your account is approved; we don’t take card payments online today. Fees exclude applicable taxes.

Don’t post false or misleading information, infringe others’ rights, send spam, scrape the site, try to bypass security, or use HIVEX for unlawful trade, including sanctioned parties or prohibited goods.

You keep ownership of the content you upload and give HIVEX a license to display it on the platform and in its marketing of your listing. HIVEX’s brand, design and software belong to White Lion Procurement.

HIVEX is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for the acts of buyers, factories or carriers. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid HIVEX in the 12 months before the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. We may update them; we’ll post the new version here and, for material changes, notify account holders.
