Privacy policy

Account details: name, email, phone, company, job title and country. Factory profile content and verification documents. RFQs, quotes and messages you send on HIVEX. Contact-form messages. Basic technical data such as IP address, browser and pages viewed, used for security and page-view statistics.

To run your account and the marketplace, connect buyers and factories, review listings and verify factories, provide the services you request, send notifications and service emails, prevent fraud and abuse, and improve HIVEX.

Buyers and factories see the information needed to trade: a factory’s public profile, and a buyer’s name and company on RFQs and messages they send. We share data with service providers that help run HIVEX and with carriers, brokers and inspectors when you request a service. We don’t sell personal information.

Documents are stored privately, outside the public website, and are available only to the factory that uploaded them and the HIVEX team.

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in and protect forms, and a cookie to remember your language. We don’t use advertising cookies.

We keep account data while your account is active and as needed for legal, tax and dispute purposes afterwards. Suspended accounts keep their data unless you ask us to delete it.

You can update your profile in your workspace and ask us for a copy of your data, a correction or deletion by writing to us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law.

Passwords are stored hashed, connections should use HTTPS, forms are protected against forgery, and access to private data is restricted by role.
