No. Anyone can browse published factories and products. You need a free buyer account to send RFQs, save lists and message factories.

Create a buyer account if you purchase products. Create a factory account if you manufacture and want to sell to US and Canadian buyers. One login works for both sides of the site.

Yes. Use the EN / ES switch at the top of any page. The factory workspace is fully in Spanish.

Search by product or capability, then filter by industry, country, verification level, White Lion network and certifications. Save the factories you like and compare them.

A request for quote. You describe the product, quantity, target price, Incoterm and destination. Send it to one factory from its page, or post it open to an industry.

Quotes arrive on your RFQ page with unit price, MOQ, lead time, Incoterm and validity side by side. Compare them on landed cost, not just unit price.

The RFQ is marked awarded, the factory is notified and a conversation opens so you can confirm the order details. The Incoterm decides who moves the goods.

No. They are indicative ranges listed by the factory. The final price, MOQ and lead time are confirmed in the quote.

Open your factory page and click “Claim this factory”. Create a free factory account, tell us your role, and our team confirms you with the company before handing the profile over.

From your workspace, open Products and add each product with photos, price range, MOQ, Incoterm and lead time. You can also import many products from a CSV file.

Our team reviews every new listing before it goes live, to keep the catalog accurate. If a change is needed, you’ll get a notification with the reason.

Claiming, building your page and starting verification are free, and your first 10 buyer leads are free. Paid plans start at $50/month.

The factory’s legal, tax and address documents for its country were reviewed and a live video call was matched against its factory photos. “Video-audited” factories also had their floor recorded.

Tax registration (for example RFC in Mexico, CNPJ in Brazil, NIT in Colombia), proof of legal incorporation, proof of address and recent factory photos. The workspace shows the exact checklist for your country.

Only the HIVEX team and the factory that uploaded them. Documents are stored privately, never on the public site.

Yes. Verification is renewed periodically so the badge stays current.

If you have your own freight forwarder, FCA or FOB keep you in control. If you want the factory to deliver, DAP or DDP are simpler. Our How it works page has a who-does-what table.

Yes. Request a freight quote, QC inspection, border crossing or warehousing from the Services page or the contact form, and we quote each job.

Many do, but not automatically. It depends on the product’s rules of origin. Our trade-consulting service can check yours.

Paid plans are activated by our team after approval. We set up billing with you directly; no card is taken online today.

Buyer plans include a commission on orders placed through HIVEX: 4.9% on Buyer, 2% on Buyer Premium.

Each White Lion service is quoted per job, based on what the order needs.
